2022 Up North Invite Trip information

On Monday 12/26, the boys swim team will be going to the Up North Invite in Grand Rapids, MN. We will be traveling in a 56 passenger coach bus provided by Schmitty and sons (the athletic department will be paying the cost of a standard school bus and the team members going on the trip will be splitting the cost of the upgrade to a coach bus). We will be staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson of Grand Rapids. The swimmers will be staying 4 per room (2 queen beds). The team staff and bus driver will be in different rooms. We will be eating dinner on 12/26 at Sammy’s Pizza. After dinner, we will be playing in the pool at the hotel until going to bed. On 12/27, we will get up and have breakfast at the hotel (continental/complimentary) and then check-out of the hotel. We will be heading straight to Elkington Middle School for the competition, swimming warm-ups start at 11:00am and competition starts at 12:00pm. I anticipate the competition being over between 2 and 3 pm, we will head back to BHS afterward and get dinner on the way home. I am hoping that we will return to BHS by 7pm on 12/27.
